We, ENDO LUGGAGE, are a bag manufacturer and wholesaler located in Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture. Our corporate history dates back over 190 years to 1824, when the founder Yasujiro Endo started the business as a wicker trunk merchant. I am the 8th owner manager of the company. We create bags based on the credo to aggressively seek and develop new bag designs and functions. This, whilst evaluating and learning from the traditions, history, and concept to assess our bags as a functional and user-friendly tool. Many users support our bags which are backed with our credo and concept. Recently we have succeeded in the development of the signature trolley suitcase that has silent wheels installed. We think highly of customer-satisfaction levels of services, including the repair and creation of products. For example. we take pride in and have a responsibility for completing the repair of bags within three days on average, this is so that we can send them back to the user as quickly as possible. I dare say, by representing all the small but powerful bag manufacturers in Toyooka City, that we have no parallel in enthusiasm when it comes to bag creation.
